The Signs That Put Your Name on Every Block
Corrugated yard signs, H-stakes, vinyl banners, event signage. Sized and turned around for your launch, your endorsement events, and your GOTV push.
Visibility Is a Strategy. Print Like It.
Yard signs and banners do a job no other piece of campaign material can do: they put your name in front of a voter every time they drive past a supporter’s lawn. The campaign that owns the visible real estate of a district has already won the name-recognition battle.
Mitchell has been printing campaign signage since 1960. We know what corrugated weights survive a Santa Ana wind. We know what ink coverage prevents fade in a Long Beach summer. We know how to bundle and stake signs so your volunteers can deploy a hundred in an afternoon.
SIGN PRODUCTS
Every Sign Format Your Campaign Needs
Corrugated Yard Signs
The standard 18×24 corrugated plastic yard sign — single or double-sided, full-color, with H-stakes included. Sturdy enough for a six-week deployment, light enough to carry by the dozen.
Custom-Size Yard Signs
Larger formats (24×36, 36×48) for high-traffic intersections, double-sided for visibility from both directions. Custom shapes available on request.
H-Stakes & Hardware
Heavy-duty H-stakes included with every yard sign order. Wire frames, A-frames, and ground spikes available for specialty deployments.
Vinyl Banners
Large-format vinyl banners for rallies, endorsement events, fundraisers, and announcement events. Standard sizes from 2×6 to 4×20, with grommets, pole pockets, or hemming as needed.
Event Signage
Step-and-repeat backdrops, podium signs, table-top signage, directional signage, and registration table materials for campaign events and press conferences.
A-Frame & Bandit Signs
A-frame signs for sidewalk visibility, bandit signs for intersection visibility (where local ordinance allows). Heavy-duty for repeat deployment across multiple events.
THE UNION BUG
APTC-Certified Sign Printing
Yes — yard signs and banners can carry the APTC union bug just like mailers. For labor-endorsed campaigns, that bug placement on your signs matters: every union household that drives past sees the visible commitment to union labor.
Mitchell includes the bug on every campaign sign at no additional charge. It’s how we print.
SIGN STRATEGY
How Many Signs Does Your Campaign Need?
Common campaign math: target 1 yard sign per 50 likely voters in your district, with 30% deployed at high-visibility intersections and 70% on supporter lawns.
For most California city council races, that’s 500–2,000 signs. For an Assembly or Congressional race, 5,000–20,000.
Tell us your district size and your timeline — we’ll quote accordingly and recommend a deployment schedule that maximizes visibility for the budget.
